b) Content, meaning articles, essays, written notes, commentary, market wraps, video lessons, audio recordings, podcasts, transcripts, courses, learning paths, slide decks, quizzes, infographics, downloadable templates, spreadsheets, newsletters, emails, social posts, captions, glossaries, FAQs, and any other editorial or educational material; and

c) Models, meaning valuation models, accounting models, factor models, asset-allocation models, risk models, statistical or econometric models, machine-learning or other AI-driven models, and any composite frameworks or methodologies that produce outputs, scores, ratings, signals, classifications, or recommendations of a generic kind.

The Tools, Content, and Models are referred to collectively as the "Material". By accessing, downloading, viewing, or otherwise using any of the Material, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set out below. If you do not agree, you must not use the Material.

This disclaimer should be read alongside the Platforms' Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any product-specific or course-specific notices. Where there is a conflict between this disclaimer and a product-specific notice, the product-specific notice will prevail in respect of the relevant item.
